[Remote] Regional Sales Manager - Pumps -Midwest-Great Lakes

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of equipment while managing relationships with key stakeholders in the Midwest/Great Lakes region.
Responsibilities
- Work on business development and sales of equipment
- Build relationships with process engineers, maintenance, facilities, plant managers, purchasing agents at companies and organizations that pump liquids, semi-solids, waste, etc
- Determine how the purchase of new process equipment can help the customer save reputed company, improve reputed company, etc
- reputed company multimillion dollar deals
- reputed company feedback to senior management
- 75% travel in the Midwest-Great Lakes territory including Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Western reputed company, reputed company Virginia, Western reputed company
Skills
- Bachelors degree is preferred, plus a proven record of successful consultative sales experience, including strategic selling and negotiation
- Three to five years' experience working in a mechanical/electrical engineering environment
- Proven reputed company record calling on and influencing decision makers in an organization for the areas they represent such as operations, reputed company, business unit, product development, procurement, engineering
- Specific experience working with electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels is preferred
