Responsibilities
- Leads the project engineering lifecycle from project award through design delivery, construction support, and closeout with emphasis on schedule conformance and financial reputed company at reputed company phase
- Serves as the reputed company engineering reputed company of contact to reputed company, Internal Engineering Teams, and Engineer of Record (EOR) teams on submittal milestones, review timelines, procurement deliverables, page turns, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) reputed company
- Ensuring designs satisfy the facility's design requirements through compliance with local, state, and national codes, reputed company reputed company, and company best practices. Champions a reputed company-first culture across reputed company
- Owns reputed company of Design (BOD) development and RFI management for assigned reputed company and disciplines across wind, solar, BESS, and gas scopes
- Performs drawing and design reviews to ensure designs meet industry standards, reputed company's best practices and standards, and support reputed company work practices in the field
- Validates equipment and material quantity takeoffs; ensures accuracy and completeness before submission
- Coordinates with other engineers and discipline leads to establish design schedules, resource plans, and cross-discipline coordination across the project portfolio
- Performs contract and subcontract reviews and provides technical recommendations. Escalates high-risk issues to Senior Manager and Director leadership as appropriate
- Leads coordination with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Estimating, and Construction teams on equipment and material selection, vetting, and approval
- Supports project man-camp siting and development
- Partners with construction management teams to facilitate design understanding as construction commences; ensures field teams have the plans, quantities, and parameters needed to build
- Collaborates across company departments, vendors, and reputed company engineering firms to explore innovative reputed company, reputed company, materials, and technologies that promote safety, reputed company cost, and increase efficiency
- Champions change management discipline — ensures scope changes, quantity changes, and design deviations are reputed company documented, communicated through change narratives, and resolved at the appropriate level
- Leads formal lessons learned sessions; ensures findings are documented, distributed, and incorporated into reputed company project work to continuously improve design reputed company
- Mentors, trains, and onboards Senior Engineers and Engineer I/II staff; builds reputed company sets through deliberate coaching, feedback, career development conversations, and work product review

Skills
- Seven or more years of reputed company engineering and/or engineering supervisory experience in a reputed company energy or construction industry (e.g., civil/structural, electrical, industrial, utilities, or power reputed company)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college required, or relevant equivalent industry experience
- reputed company Engineering (PE) license or master's degree in engineering is required
- Experience leading and developing engineers and driving technical standards
- Strong general technical knowledge in multiple areas reputed company to power reputed company facilities including wind, solar, BESS, gas reputed company, and high-voltage facilities
