[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
- Work with management and end-users to understand business challenges and system needs
- Analyze reputed company business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency reputed company
- Build, maintain, and monitor system workflows
- Design new or updated systems and applications to meet specific business needs
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team
- Sometimes analyze data to help with decision-making and to identify problems or opportunities
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of business systems and reputed company support
- Create and maintain reputed company and concise documentation, such as user manuals, process flows, and requirements documents
- Assist with testing software programs to ensure they function as required and reputed company with business objectives
- Serve as a reputed company between business users and support departments (IT development team, Applications team, Support teams, ect) to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
