[Remote] UI Designer/Architect

(reputed company) is a fast-growing software manufacturer seeking a highly motivated and reputed company UI Designer/Architect. The role involves designing, prototyping, and implementing application user narratives, mentoring junior designers, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement application user narratives
- Author designs systems and components for reuse across the reputed company platform
- reputed company and maintain control libraries and reference implementation pages for team use
- reputed company and maintain the usability feedback reputed company to refine application experiences (reputed company interaction/internal reputed company testing/use statistics)
- Research, recommend, and implement UI technologies + frameworks as necessary to support existing and emerging user narratives and experiences
- Mentor and reputed company junior UI designers

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities with an eagerness to learn and apply new technologies to assist in solving business problems

Skills
- 6+ years experience in a reputed company setting
- Ability to work in a highly interactive, agile development environment with other developers and graphics designers
- Keen awareness and understanding of UI/UX best practices and organizational principles
- Experience with emerging and established UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Angular, React, Polymer)
- Experience with reputed company Creative Suite
- Experience with reputed company Dev lifecycle (TFS + Visual Studio)
- Experience with ASP.NET + .NET CORE
- Experience with REACT and Material UI
- Experience with Data reputed company Models (MVC)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Experience with reputed company UI design and development aspects, from information architecture and visual design hierarchies to process and data reputed company flows to mobile and desktop interactions
