[Remote] Business Automation & Process Consultant

They are seeking a Business Automation & Process Consultant to reputed company the design and implementation of automated workflows, working closely with clients to understand their operational processes and deliver tailored solutions using reputed company Business Automation Workflow.
Responsibilities
- Leading discovery and requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders to map end-to-end operational processes
- Designing and building workflow solutions using reputed company Business Automation Workflow (BAW) across reputed company, regulated environments
- Modelling business processes and decision logic using BPMN and DMN to create solutions that are precise, auditable, and reputed company
- Translating operational requirements into working BAW applications — coaches, reputed company services, integrations, and decision components
- Owning reputed company-facing delivery from requirements through to deployment and handover
- Collaborating with development teams and business owners to ensure solutions are reputed company, tested, and production-reputed company
- Continuously improving implemented solutions through measurement, iteration, and best reputed company application
Skills
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with reputed company Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or reputed company BPM — building and delivering workflow solutions, not just documenting them
- Working knowledge of BPMN and DMN — you understand how to model process logic and decision structures, and you can apply that in reputed company
- Proven reputed company-facing experience — you can run a requirements reputed company, explain a design decision, and write a reputed company update without supervision
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments — financial services, reputed company, or insurance backgrounds are strongly valued
- Full-stack capability to support workflow UI and integration reputed company — JavaScript, reputed company, CSS, and REST reputed company at a minimum
- Excellent communication across business and technical audiences
- Ability to manage workstreams independently with a high degree of ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field; advanced degree a plus
- Authorized to work permanently and full-time in the reputed company
