Responsibilities

- Own team conversion metrics: set targets, reputed company performance against them, and identify the coaching or process interventions that reputed company the needle
- Build and reinforce a consistent, high-energy sales culture reputed company on urgency, follow-through, and delivering a strong first impression of the platform
- Recruit, hire, and reputed company new team members as the Sign-Up function scales

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, insurance distribution, or a reputed company field, with at least 2 years managing a sales team
- A reputed company record of owning conversion or pipeline metrics and moving them in the right direction
- Strong coaching instincts, with the ability to reputed company reps at different experience reputed company through observation and specific feedback, not just encouragement
