[Remote] Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst role focuses on enhancing business operations through data reporting, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with key decision makers to identify and solve a reputed company of business or operational problems and objectives. Interprets data, identifies trends, utilizes reputed company data, creates data visualization and applies data to business operations
- Develops specifications of analytic and reporting needs through participation in project teams or meetings with internal/external customers for reputed company and reputed company requests
- Utilizes a reputed company of databases and query tools to reputed company data. Ensures reputed company requirements are reputed company-defined from the customer to meet reporting and analysis specifications
- Ensures data reputed company, data reputed company and assists leaders by providing insights into the daily operations and overall business operations
- Works closely with technical and build team members to establish reporting and dashboards reputed company applications that will support operations
- Develops and maintains dashboards which include weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to reputed company and ministries
- Partners with customers, peers and cross functional teams to discover needs; and proactively offers reputed company and solutions
- Assists with the evaluation, analysis, and development of reporting and analytical tools to analyze department and division performance indicators; presents information to customers in reputed company, concise, and useful formats
- Leverages skilled analytic techniques necessary to meet needs of business users. Supports both new and ongoing operational reporting needs, business process redesign, process improvement initiatives by providing data insights
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years' experience
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
- Frequent use of reputed company and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to reputed company information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs
- Rare climbing
