Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned positions across DLC's corporate and operational roles

- Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations

- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process

Skills
