They are seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing & reputed company Operations to manage the entire member reputed company, focusing on marketing reputed company, reputed company operations, and analytics to ensure measurable and optimized reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize automated email and SMS journeys for reputed company, engagement, reauthorization, and win-back campaigns that improve member retention and long-term program participation
- Own reputed company across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, workflow automation, and seamless reputed company through the enrollment funnel
- Build dashboards and reporting that connect marketing spend to reputed company reputed company including enrollments, authorizations, retention, referrals, and overall program performance
Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, marketing operations, or reputed company operations
- Deep, hands-on expertise with reputed company (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub)
- Experience building marketing automation and lifecycle programs that drive measurable business results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, attribution, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis
