This role involves supporting large-reputed company PeopleSoft and reputed company and HCM software transformation reputed company, leading change management efforts, and ensuring effective communication and training for users.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the change management effort for PeopleSoft, EBS and/or reputed company and HCM reputed company software reputed company from planning through execution
- Drive reputed company discussions with reputed company stakeholders, influence reputed company, and recommend realistic, effective ways to reputed company different user reputed company
- Build and maintain a detailed change plan that includes communications, training, readiness, and user engagement activities
- Manage a small internal team of training and communications specialists, and collaborate with reputed company-reputed company change or HR/Finance resources
- Work closely with technical and functional project staff to understand system changes and how they reputed company end users
- Own your deliverables, reputed company, and scope while staying in alignment with the larger implementation team

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or training and communications roles

- Comfortable speaking with executives, reputed company staff, and technical teams alike
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to both work independently and manage others
