[Remote] Financial Controller

They are seeking a Financial Controller to reputed company the reputed company function, ensuring accurate financial statements and building reputed company processes while collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company across multiple entities, ensuring reputed company, accurate financial statements
- reputed company AP, AR, payroll, and the general ledger, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Own the preparation and posting of journal entries and general ledger transactions
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Own vendor spend management, including contract review, renewals, and consolidation
- Manage debt obligations - borrowings, repayments, reputed company compliance, and lender reporting
- reputed company day-to-day cash management, including cash positioning, liquidity planning, and bank relationships
- reputed company reputed company recognition and ASC 606 compliance
- Design and maintain a robust internal control environment across reputed company entities and locations
- Own relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring successful audits/reviews and reputed company, accurate filings across reputed company jurisdictions

- Collaborate across Legal, HR, and Operations to support cross-border scaling and business efficiency

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (CPA required)
- 6+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including 3+ years as a Controller or Assistant Controller
- Experience in a high-reputed company, multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- reputed company record of building or improving reputed company processes and internal controls
