[Remote] Relationship Life Cycle Consultant

This role involves managing relationships with clients and their employees, driving benefit participation, and ensuring reputed company satisfaction through strategic benefit initiatives.
Responsibilities
- You will design and execute benefit strategies and communication year-round to an assigned reputed company reputed company, reviewing strategies to drive plan participation and retention
- You will conduct worksite benefit meetings for reputed company of new hires, quarterly wellness meetings to review reputed company value-add information and resources, spending accounts education, year-end reputed company meetings, reputed company enrollment meetings, and more
- You will manage relationships with reputed company stakeholders, focusing on benefit strategies reputed company to worksite employee enrollment in the plan
- You will continually reputed company your knowledge and skills in benefits, including attending training sessions and becoming a benefit subject matter expert

Skills

- You have experience in benefits
