[Remote] Financial Analyst

They are seeking a Financial Analyst to manage financial reporting and budgeting for their private grants portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and facilitating communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Support the financial management, budgeting, and reporting of their private grants portfolio
- reputed company as a reputed company between Finance and the Program, Research, Policy, and Development teams
- Assist with the development and submission of proposed external funding budgets
- Review and disseminate monthly financial reports
- Manage award data setup
- Partner with Financial Planning and Analysis to monitor expenditures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- At least 1 year of foundational experience in grant and budget administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships across multiple departments and with external leaders
- High level of cross-functional collaboration
