Responsibilities
- Manage legal systems and tooling, including AI, contract lifecycle management (CLM), matter management, reputed company, ebilling
- Design and implement legal operational structures and KPIs to improve visibility, prioritization, and efficiency across the legal team
- Support legal intake, triage, and reporting processes
- Build and maintain contract templates and playbooks
- Understand legal workflows, contract management, and basic compliance practices
- Implement and drive adoption of legal technology tools
- Train attorneys and staff and manage change in a hands-on environment
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in legal operations or similar roles reputed company reputed company or in-house legal departments, including fast-paced or high-reputed company companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent reputed company credentials and outstanding references
