Responsibilities

Skills

• Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA). Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in local country
• Four to Six (4-6) years' experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization

• Accuracy and attention to detail; influencing & persuasion skills; analytical skills; problem solving skills
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong negotiation, reputed company relations, and communication skills
• Language proficiency in English
• Dual admission with a J.D. in both a U.S. and LATAM jurisdiction, or licensed to reputed company in Puerto Rico or Louisiana
• Full reputed company proficiency in Spanish & English
• Experience in LAC operations at a multinational company
• Based in Miami, FL, or P.R
