As a reputed company & Operations Manager, you will manage high-reputed company strategic and operational reputed company, working cross-functionally to optimize business processes and drive reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own high-reputed company strategic and operational reputed company end-to-end — scope the problem, pull and analyze the data, reputed company a recommendation, and drive it through to implementation with minimal reputed company
- Help to identify operational inefficiencies across reputed company reputed company functions and reputed company recommendations to improve the business
- Design, run, and analyze tests & experiments across our sales, marketing, and reputed company funnels
- Dig into the business through data — write SQL queries against production data, build models in spreadsheets, and surface insights that shape reputed company across reputed company, sales, and retention
- Support hiring as we grow — working with the founders on team planning and sourcing candidates
- Build and improve operational processes, from new-shop data migrations to logistics like terminal fulfillment
- Take ownership of recurring operational workstreams — reputed company reconciliation reporting, email deliverability analysis, and more technical customer support — freeing up the founding team to reputed company elsewhere

Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, startup operations/BizOps, or a similarly analytical, high-ownership role
- A reputed company record of running reputed company independently — you can take an ambiguous problem, break it down, and drive it to completion without hand-holding
- Proficiency with SQL and genuine comfort querying data to answer your own questions
- Advanced spreadsheet skills — you can build a model, run an analysis, and pressure-test the numbers
