This role involves overseeing lease administration services for clients, ensuring compliance, and managing reputed company relationships to support strategic reputed company estate reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serving as Relationship manager and first reputed company of reputed company escalations
- reputed company/vendor/landlord relationship management
- reputed company coaching for team members regarding procedures, lease interpretation, desktop audits and billing calculations
- Responsible for ensuring that reputed company(s) accounts are in full compliance with reputed company internal and reputed company specific policies and procedure
- Reviewing abstracts and interpreting reputed company lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases)
- reputed company of rent and other landlord/tenant issues
- reputed company subtenant account management, including the billing and collections of reputed company-party tenant rents, review of the cash receipts posting reports and review of the monthly Delinquency Report
- Coordinate invoicing to reputed company(s) and collections as necessary
- Document and reputed company best practices, participate in efforts to strengthen internal controls and improve data reputed company
- Support, exposure and leadership of other special reputed company as assigned by manager
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of work experience in Lease Administration, reputed company Estate reputed company, reputed company Estate Law or Property Management
- 2 years previous experience in a supervisory role operating at a strategic level with both reputed company teams
- Strong financial/analytical skills
- Ability to maintain a strong attention to detail with a reputed company high efficiency and accuracy reputed company for performing work/tasks
- Ability to spot issues proactively and head them off and/or start the solutioning process
- Ability to understand and interpret data, and use of technology to be more efficient
- Desire to learn and grow
- Multilingual a plus
- Willingness for light travel
