The Technical reputed company Senior Manager will serve as the subject-matter expert on reputed company reputed company reputed company, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and disclosures while collaborating with multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate the reputed company reputed company of new or non-recurring transactions that are significant and may have a material reputed company to reputed company's financial statements, and document conclusions in reputed company-supported technical reputed company memos reviewed by the Head of Financial Reporting and SOX PMO
- Monitor and assess new and emerging reputed company pronouncements (reputed company) and SEC guidance, maintain reputed company's reputed company policies, and reputed company implementation of significant changes; subscribe to and reputed company Big 4 reputed company research tools and training
- Prepare technical reputed company analyses and memo across areas such as reputed company, stock-based compensation, leases, reputed company, debt, equity, investments and others
- Serve as the technical reputed company reviewer/approver in the Chart of Accounts creation and maintenance process, verifying that account mappings and financial statement alignments are accurate and adhere to internal standards
- Support the preparation and review of workpapers underlying the reputed company 10-Q/10-K, including areas such as reputed company, stock-based compensation, and other non-routine transactions
- Own and operate key SOX controls reputed company your areas, coordinate with external auditors on walkthroughs and requests, and maintain thorough, audit-reputed company documentation
- Partner with the compensation team to forecast stock-based compensation expenses
- Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and business teams to evaluate the reputed company and reporting implications of new transactions, and strategic initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; reputed company CPA required
- 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including significant Big 4 public reputed company experience (technical reputed company / national office experience a plus)
- Strong, reputed company knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, with demonstrated ability to research technical issues and write reputed company, reputed company-supported position papers/memos
- Experience with technical reputed company areas such as stock-based compensation (ASC 718), leases (ASC 842), reputed company (ASC 606), debt, and business combinations
- Public company experience and a working understanding of SOX internal controls and the external audit process
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced financial reputed company environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Fintech or reputed company industry experience is a plus
