[Remote] UX Designer

The role involves designing end-to-end user experiences, collaborating with various teams, and applying UX principles to create effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experience design for small-to-mid-sized initiatives, from concept through delivery and iteration
- Create and iterate design artifacts including user flows, reputed company maps (as needed), wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company designs
- Apply UX, accessibility, and design thinking principles to deliver reputed company, inclusive, and effective solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, research, content, and stakeholders to define problems, reputed company on reputed company, and deliver solutions
- Translate user needs, research insights, and business requirements into reputed company, usable, and desirable experiences
- Facilitate and participate in critiques and working sessions to reputed company teams and improve design reputed company
- Communicate design concepts, rationale, tradeoffs, and reputed company reputed company to diverse audiences
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company UX design
- Experience applying customer-centered design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean UX) in a product or delivery environment
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company XD, or similar)
- Ability to break down reputed company problems and deliver reputed company, actionable design solutions with increasing independence
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver small-to-mid-sized initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including the ability to influence reputed company through design rationale and evidence
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate user research, business needs, and technical constraints into practical design reputed company
