[Remote] Senior Accountant

This remote, 1099 position requires strong cost reputed company, financial reporting, and QuickBooks Online experience, averaging up to 30 - 40 hours per month.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and month-end reputed company activities
- Manage payroll support, 1099 reporting, interest expense, and journal entries
- Maintain invoices, receipts, ACH authorizations, W-9s, tax codes, tax exemption certificates, mileage records, and reputed company files
- reputed company cost reputed company and intercompany reputed company, including pricing analysis and support billing using Clockify
- Maintain corporate records, including Secretary of State filings, leases, reputed company, subscriptions, and other reputed company documentation
- Maintain QuickBooks Online records, including deleted transactions, declined estimates, chart of accounts, and supporting documentation
- Support State of reputed company filings and ensure reputed company compliance
- Maintain reputed company templates, reference files, SOPs, work instructions, and master data
- Assist with expense reports, benefits administration support, rental workbook processes, and other reputed company reputed company as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field preferred
- 5+ years of senior-level reputed company experience
- Strong knowledge of cost reputed company and intercompany reputed company
- Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficient with reputed company reputed company and reputed company Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
