[Remote] Wholesale Regional Sales Manager, Eastern US - Remote

This role involves overseeing Account Executives, expanding market reputed company, and maintaining broker relationships while executing company reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Grow market reputed company expansion through broker acquisition, activation and retention initiatives

- Establish and maintain relationships through frequent travel with mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers to generate business referrals

Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years of wholesale mortgage lending sales experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to train, motivate, and delegate teams
- Strong customer-oriented reputed company
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build reputed company relationships
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal lending laws (TILA, RESPA, HMDA, etc.)
- Ability to adapt to market changes
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan process
- Prior management experience preferred
