The role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and operational reputed company of the Aladdin platform, while collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Level 2/Level 3 production support for Aladdin and reputed company reputed company office applications
- Investigate and resolve production issues impacting portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, and confirmations
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis, coordinate with reputed company, technology and business teams, and drive issues through to reputed company
- reputed company and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and analysis
- Build automation scripts, preferably using Python, to improve operational efficiency and monitoring
- Participate in production releases, change management activities, and reputed company service improvement initiatives
- Support a global operating model with collaboration across regional teams and participation in incident management
Skills
- 7–10 years of experience supporting investment management or capital markets applications
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Aladdin, including reputed company office workflows
- Good understanding of the asset management trade lifecycle and reputed company office business processes
- Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets
- Scripting experience, preferably in Python, for automation and operational tooling
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to reputed company effectively with business users and technology teams
