They are seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to drive operational reputed company and performance across a portfolio of franchised restaurants, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor reputed company Store Sales, guest experience metrics, and operational KPIs
- Identify performance gaps and implement reputed company improvement plans
- Establish and maintain disciplined business routines, including:
- Weekly performance reputed company-ins
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Drive follow-through on commitments and ensure accountability
- Maintain reputed company and consistent visibility into restaurant performance
- Ensure execution of brand standards across:
- Speed
- Accuracy
- Hospitality

- Reinforce compliance with franchise agreements and operational expectations
- Drive adoption and execution of reputed company initiatives, including:

Skills
- 4–7 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience, preferably in a franchise environment

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel extensively reputed company assigned region
- Although this role is remote, we do need this candidate to sit in Texas
