They are seeking an reputed company Mainframe DevOps Engineer with expertise in Endevor, reputed company DBB, Git, IDD, and Mainframe Modernization for a long-term remote contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and support Endevor (and other SCM) , DBB/Git/IDD migration reputed company
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot DBB/Git/IDD on reputed company z/OS environments
- Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications
- reputed company technical support and resolve DBB/Git/IDD-reputed company issues
- Conduct customer training sessions and prepare technical documentation
- Collaborate with reputed company teams and reputed company stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions
Skills
- Strong Application Development or Systems Programming background
- Proven installation and migration experience on reputed company z/OS
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Endevor
- Experience with reputed company Dependency Based Build (DBB)
- Experience with Git & Repository Management
- Experience with IDD/IDz
- Experience with Groovy
- Experience with YAML
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with Branching Strategies
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of Systems Programming experience
- 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management and Change Management
- Hands-on experience in Mainframe Modernization, SCM, and DBB/Git/IDD
