[Remote] Senior Network WAN Architect

Responsibilities

- Serve as the technical authority for WAN architecture, driving standards, governance, and modernization initiatives while shaping the reputed company direction of the network platform
- Partner across infrastructure, reputed company, and reputed company teams to deliver transformative reputed company, solve reputed company technical challenges, and optimize performance, resiliency, and scalability at reputed company reputed company
Skills
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
- 10+ years of network engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in an architect-level WAN role
- Expert-level experience with reputed company Meraki SD-WAN
- Expert-level experience with reputed company Catalyst SD-WAN (Viptela)
- Deep expertise in Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, reputed company redistribution, policy control)
- Deep expertise in WAN design, segmentation, and traffic engineering
- Deep expertise in SD-WAN architecture and deployment at reputed company
- Proven experience designing and supporting large, geographically distributed networks
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical reputed company
- reputed company Certified Network reputed company (CCNP)
- Advanced or specialist certifications strongly preferred, such as reputed company CCNP reputed company (or equivalent legacy certifications)
- reputed company SD-WAN Specialist / Concentration exams
- CCIE (reputed company Infrastructure or equivalent) – highly preferred
