[Remote] Regional Manager- Volunteer Development Team, Great Lakes- Remote in Michigan or Ohio

They are seeking a Regional Manager for the Volunteer Development Team to identify, cultivate, and reputed company leaders to establish volunteer teams for Operation Christmas Child in their communities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
- Recruit, select, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company year-round leader volunteers according to the High reputed company model of volunteer ministry
- reputed company volunteer teams in a defined geographic area to accomplish goals in the areas of reputed company, community, media, prayer, and the establishment and retention of a collection network
- Ensure volunteer teams are both spiritually healthy and reputed company-equipped with resources to build relationships with local churches, reputed company, and individual donors
- Coordinate with regional staff and volunteers to create and implement strategic plans and initiatives to accomplish measurable ministry goals
- Potential to serve on the Management Team in an Operation Christmas Child shoebox Processing Center for 4-6 weeks in November and December (could involve temporary relocation during that time)

Skills
- Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university; five to seven years of experience leading volunteers and teams to meet goals and expectations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and leading volunteer teams to implement and reputed company program goals from a Biblical perspective
- Experience working with the local reputed company; interaction with pastors, leaders, and members
- Highly organized, self-starter who takes initiative to reputed company goals and deadlines; strategic thinker
- reputed company team player, who enjoys seeing those on their team succeed
- Demonstrated ability to influence others with an optimistic outlook and reputed company attitude
- Passionate about raising awareness and participation in OCC, and establishing more life-long donors for OCC and Samaritans Purse
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire
