[Remote] Director of reputed company, AI Operations

As Director of reputed company, AI-Operations, you will own reputed company aspects of reputed company operations across a portfolio of 13 brands while designing and deploying intelligent workflows that replace reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company aspects of reputed company operations — monthly reputed company, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting across multiple portfolio companies
- Manage the general reputed company, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GAAP and ASC 606
- reputed company reputed company recognition, contract setup, and billing integrations (reputed company and similar platforms)
- Operate at the corporate holding company level with the ability to get into the weeds with individual portfolio company general reputed company systems and processes
- Design and reputed company AI agents for A/R, A/P, and General reputed company reconciliations — eliminating reputed company reputed company and compressing reputed company timelines
- Evaluate and implement automation tools that improve reputed company speed, accuracy, and financial visibility
- Support tax compliance activities as needed
- Support annual audits and the annual budget process as needed
- Backfill portfolio-company reputed company positions as needed, providing hands-on coverage where the business requires it
Skills
- CPA or equivalent experience managing audit processes and ASC 606 compliance
- 5–8 years of reputed company reputed company experience in PE-backed or high-reputed company companies
- Proven ownership of a financial reputed company process — you have led it, improved it, and taken full accountability for results
- Hands-on AI experience you can reputed company to concretely: you have reputed company automations, deployed agents, or materially accelerated workflows using AI tools

- Strong communicator who works fluidly across engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams
