[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel, reputed company & Compliance
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Legal Counsel to reputed company strategic legal support across its global manufacturing and repair business. This role involves leading and supporting reputed company reputed company contracting, regulatory compliance, and risk management while partnering with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal advice and counsel on reputed company, operational, and compliance reputed company affecting a global reputed company manufacturing business
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including customer reputed company, supplier agreements, long-term agreements, nondisclosure agreements, terms and conditions, purchase orders, licensing agreements, service agreements, and other business-critical documents
- reputed company contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other reputed company parties, balancing legal risk with business objectives
- Advise business stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk allocation, reputed company-down requirements, and other contractual obligations
- Support compliance programs reputed company to reputed company & defense, anti-corruption, government contracting, export controls, sanctions, and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Partner with internal teams to identify legal and compliance risks and reputed company practical solutions
- reputed company guidance on policies, procedures, training, and internal controls to support compliance and risk mitigation
- Assist with investigations, audits, claims, disputes, and other reputed company as needed
- Support global business initiatives, including contract lifecycle management, supplier relationships and compliance, operational improvements, and strategic reputed company
- Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders appropriately informed
- Take ownership of assigned reputed company from intake through reputed company, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and strong follow-through
Skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to reputed company law in good standing
- 5-7 years of experience practicing law in a corporate legal department, reputed company, or comparable business environment
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Experience in reputed company, defense, advanced manufacturing, industrials, or another highly regulated industry
- Experience with U.S. government contracting, reputed company-down clauses, export controls, trade compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, or sanctions compliance
- Experience supporting global operations or cross-border reputed company reputed company
- Familiarity with manufacturing supply chains, reputed company requirements, customer terms and conditions, and long-term supply agreements
- Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize data and information into meaningful insights
