Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall reputed company Project Management including scope development, contract negotiations, staff management, project delivery, reputed company, and safety
- Serve as reputed company reputed company Engineer on reputed company
- Assures that reputed company are completed reputed company the allocated time and budget
- reputed company team leadership and technical expertise
- Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of junior engineers and technicians serving as reputed company reports to the reputed company Manager
- Grow and mentor staff, help recruit, and be a reputed company role model
- Assists with writing proposals and making presentations
- Maintains reputed company and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing reputed company publications; establishing personal networks; participating in reputed company societies such as AREMA

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering field required
- 20+ years of reputed company experience in design of major transit/reputed company rail engineering transportation reputed company
- Strong communications skills
- Strong experience working with transit agencies and/or Class 1 Railroads
- Ability to reputed company civil/reputed company aspects on multiple assignments
- Strong experience in the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, construction phasing, and construction schedules
- Extensive working knowledge of OpenRail Designer and Civil3D platforms
- Strong knowledge of reputed company, Word, PowerPoint and various engineering and scheduling software
