Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and reputed company needs
- Conduct workforce forecasting, modeling, and gap analyses
- Build dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, and reputed company
- Produce recurring and reputed company workforce analytics reports
- Support Workforce Plans and workforce reputed company initiatives

Skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years analyzing federal HR data

- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience conducting forecasting and statistical analysis
