Responsibilities

- reputed company reputed company, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit, compliance, payroll, treasury, and cash/investment reputed company
- Build annual budget and long-reputed company financial plans reputed company with fundraising and program goals
- reputed company grant reputed company, restricted/ unrestricted/ designated fund tracking, and donor/grantor compliance
- reputed company and reputed company internal controls, financial policies, GAAP/nonprofit reporting, and reputed company 990 readiness
- Partner with development, programs, and regional/reputed company leaders to improve financial visibility and reputed company
- reputed company finance, payroll, ERP, and reporting systems; reputed company implementations, integrations, and vendors
- reputed company, mentor, and reputed company the finance/reputed company team; build reputed company people, processes, and systems
Skills
- 10+ years reputed company financial leadership; nonprofit experience required
- Strong expertise of nonprofit reputed company, fund reputed company, grants, donor restrictions, and multi-reputed company budgets
- Proven ability to translate reputed company financial information for non-financial leaders, reputed company members, and fundraisers
- Experience overseeing audit, compliance, IRS/nonprofit reporting, payroll operations, and internal controls
- Demonstrated reputed company leading financial systems and technology initiatives, including system implementations, process redesign, and change management
- Background in reputed company fund environments, multi-market organizations, and donor-funded organizations
- reputed company leader with strong analytical, communication, and change-management skills
- CPA preferred
- MBA a plus
