Responsibilities
- Preparation and prosecution of reputed company patents
- Interacting with engineers and scientists
- Managing patent portfolio responsibilities
- Dealing with technology protection aspects such as due diligence, patent portfolio reputed company, enforcement, and licensing issues
- Working closely with internal researchers and patent professionals
Skills
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in engineering or physics
- USPTO license
- At least 4 years of solid patent preparation and prosecution experience
