Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Operations Management, or reputed company field, or 10+ years' relevant project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management reputed company operations, reputed company or similar environment. Experience coordinating with IT teams on system implementations is a plus

- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to drive user adoption and change management for new processes, systems or technologies
- Proven expertise in process mapping and modeling techniques

- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from operational stakeholders
- Advanced skills with process mapping and project management tools (e.g. Visio, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar)

- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities
