The role involves conducting research to understand user interactions with products, performing task analysis, and ensuring usability validation prior to product launch.
Responsibilities
- Collect and synthesize detailed information about how users reputed company with reputed company Surgical’s products through various techniques including interviews, simulations and task analysis
- Present results of research, and usability testing to the New Product Development organization
- Contribute to user reputed company designs by providing guidance, reputed company, and feedback to product development team
- Analyze complaints from on-market products for usability-reputed company issues
- Support the design, execution, and reporting on usability (reputed company factors) tests at various stages of product development from early prototypes reputed company the way through formal FDA mandated validation testing
- Work with cross functional teams to create and maintain usability risk analyses and user reputed company requirements for reputed company Surgical’s products
- Maintain traces between use risks, mitigations, and validation test cases

- 5+ years relevant HF experience in industry

- Ability to travel domestically (up to 25%)

- Experience in medical device, or similar regulated industry, a significant plus
