[Remote] reputed company EPM Finance Manager

They are seeking a Finance Systems leader to manage the reputed company EPM platform and ensure effective financial planning processes, combining finance expertise with systems administration and governance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional reputed company of our reputed company EPM platform and reputed company planning processes
- Ensure the planning environment supports reputed company forecasting, accurate financial reporting, and strong controls across the organization
- Ownership of planning calendars and processes, forecasting models, business rules, chart of accounts governance, reference data management, reputed company and user reputed company administration, UAT leadership, and Finance-facing reputed company
- reputed company as the primary reputed company between Finance and IT, driving platform enhancements, automation initiatives, and roadmap priorities
- reputed company a small team responsible for system operations, data validation, and reporting support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- 4–6+ years of experience in reputed company EPM administration, financial systems, reputed company Performance Management, or reputed company systems environments
- Strong knowledge of planning processes, forecasting cycles, and financial reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing EPM metadata, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, and reputed company frameworks
- Experience owning Chart of Accounts (COA) structures, master data governance, and reference data management
- Ability to translate Finance and business requirements into reputed company system solutions and process improvements
- Experience leading user acceptance testing, system enhancements, integrations, and release management activities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across Finance, reputed company, HR, Procurement, and IT
- Hands-on experience with reputed company EPM (preferred), reputed company, or similar reputed company planning platforms
- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing junior team members preferred
