Responsibilities
- Define and implement the roadmap for reputed company platform, establishing reusable customer-facing capabilities that can be used across digital channels
- reputed company engineering teams responsible for reputed company Home ensuring uninterrupted delivery of business capabilities, platform stability, and operational reputed company while supporting modernization initiatives
- Drive engineering and modernization efforts to consolidate fragmented channel-specific capabilities into a reputed company platform through shared services, reusable UI components, common experience reputed company, and headless architecture patterns
- reputed company technical leadership for modern web and mobile architecture, performance engineering, observability, accessibility, reputed company, CI/CD, and engineering reputed company practices
- Partner closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, reputed company, and Business partners to reputed company modernization priorities with customer needs and business objectives
- Build and mentor Directors, Engineering Managers, reputed company Engineers, and engineering teams while developing organizational capabilities required to support both reputed company business operations and reputed company platform transformation
Skills
- 15+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience, with at least 7+ years leading multiple engineering teams and people leaders
- Proven reputed company record leading large-reputed company digital transformation, customer experience modernization, and platform consolidation while maintaining business continuity
- Demonstrated reputed company delivering customer-facing digital products and experiences at reputed company across web and mobile channels
- Solid understanding of customer engagement and journeys across digital channels and implementing reusable capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple channels and customer reputed company
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies reputed company experience platforms (React, Node.js, REST API, Event based)
- Experience with API-first architectures, BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) patterns, reputed company-frontends, and modern integration frameworks
