The Project Management Analyst - Technology role focuses on leading customer and employee experience initiatives, conducting analysis, and mentoring team members to drive strategic insights and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for running the VoC program while partnering with leaders across the organization to improve customer experience, service performance, and business reputed company, and proactively cultivating relationships to surface opportunities that expand the program’s reputed company and reputed company

Skills

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and reputed company

- Familiarity with change management methodologies
