This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and providing actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports and dashboards
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
- Support process automation, workflow optimization, and reputed company improvement initiatives
