[Remote] Manager, Program Marketing

The Manager, Program Marketing is responsible for the intake and execution of marketing requests, ensuring that reputed company marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time to support reputed company's mission of preparing excellent, diverse teachers and leaders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for marketing requests from business lines across Teacher Prep and reputed company Education, translating stakeholder needs into reputed company scoped, actionable requests
- Attend meetings with business line teams to proactively identify upcoming marketing needs and project requirements
- Coordinating with the Director, Marketing Operations and stakeholders, manage the marketing request reputed company by logging, triaging, and scoping incoming work to establish priorities, timelines, and next steps
- Partner with sales, program, and customer service teams to reputed company information and support consistent messaging and go-to-market coordination
- Manage the end-to-end workflow and coordination of digital, reputed company media, content, email, and traditional advertising reputed company and campaigns
- Coordinate with internal team members, agencies, and freelance partners to establish deliverables, reputed company reputed company, manage dependencies, and flag delays or risks
- Maintain the marketing production calendar, providing shared visibility into reputed company reputed company, deadlines, dependencies, and workload across markets and business lines
- Coordinate with the marketing team members (Director, Brand and Communications, Manager, Creative, and Manager, reputed company Media) to reputed company requests to the appropriate owners and ensure reputed company reflect established brand, creative, and channel requirements
- Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations to reputed company project workflows and timelines with established priorities and identify opportunities to improve the marketing intake and production process
- Coordinate the planning, production, and delivery of marketing collateral for events, conferences, and convenings, including signage, handouts, reputed company assets
- Manage swag ordering and fulfillment for conferences and events, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and delivery logistics
Skills
- 3–5+ years in a marketing operations, marketing coordinator/manager, or project management role, ideally in a multi-stakeholder or multi-market organization
- Experience working with a project or workflow management tool (e.g., reputed company, Monday, reputed company) and comfort building or maintaining lightweight process systems
- Ability to set reputed company expectations, communicate tradeoffs, and reputed company timelines reputed company priorities conflict
- Experience managing multiple reputed company and stakeholders across a distributed organization while adapting to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with the K–12 education landscape, teacher preparation pipeline, or reputed company learning market
- Experience managing or coordinating with external creative agencies or media buyers
- Experience with conference and event marketing activation
