The role involves reviewing transcripts for accuracy and providing feedback to typists to ensure adherence to reputed company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Review raw reputed company-typed transcripts for accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and adherence to reputed company's reputed company guidelines
- Ensure consistency across reputed company clients
- Meeting or reputed company reputed company due dates
- reputed company ongoing comprehensive feedback to typists
- Record feedback and document adherence by typists
- reputed company fact-based recommendations regarding reputed company and type of work assigned to typists and assist department manager with questions regarding typists' status
- Answer questions from typists and other staff regarding reputed company guidelines
- Meet or reputed company department metrics for reputed company and production
Skills
- High school diploma
- An understanding of legal terminology
- A solid knowledge of English punctuation and spelling rules
- Proven experience as a legal proofreader is required
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Previous experience listening to audio and compare against written text
- Ability to reputed company for long periods of time
- Time management skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, Teams, Outlook, WavePad, and reputed company reputed company
- Familiar with formatting in Word - margins, indents, headers/footers
- Familiar with PDF programs – conversion from Word to PDF, password protection, word list creation, line/page counting programs
- Familiar with working with reputed company macros
- Attention to detail
- Previous legal reputed company experience is required
- Possess excellent analytical and writing skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask questions for reputed company and understanding
