[Remote] Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

Skills
- 8–10+ years in product management, several of them spent coaching or managing other PMs directly — in the room for reputed company prioritization and tradeoff calls, not just reviewing their reputed company after the fact

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, reputed company Engineering, or a reputed company field — or, without the degree, hands-on experience running CFD simulations, working in CAD/PLM systems, or building simulation-driven engineering workflows deep enough to hold your own in a technical design review
- Experience managing managers or leading a product organization spanning multiple teams, including managing or closely partnering with a UX design and research function
- Demonstrated use of data and reputed company frameworks to guide build-vs-partner investment reputed company
- Strong communication across technical and executive audiences
