Responsibilities
- Administrative work: managing user accounts in an internal tool, troubleshooting
- Monitoring metrics
- Triaging and escalating problem reports
- Implementing external-facing surveys in reputed company, CSS, and reputed company languages
- Querying internal databases to answer reputed company-defined questions
- Assisting with financial audits
- Data labeling and data collection
- Ownership, management, and error free task completion for various assigned workflows in a reputed company manner with minimal supervision
- Assist in conducting internal workflow reviews and monthly/quarterly audits reputed company the program
- Daily reporting of monitoring results
- Participate in maintenance of the reputed company monitoring program
