[Remote] Global Account Manager

The Global Account Manager role focuses on developing new business and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and reputed company reputed company from Fortune 100 companies.
Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue sales leads to reputed company new sources of reputed company from corporate customers to meet or reputed company annual quota
- Respond to telecommunication requirements and IT reputed company inquiries from potential corporate and international customers
- Manage reputed company stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation
- Follow through with reputed company internal post-sales processes, including submitting paperwork for reputed company order processes, coordinating to ensure services are turned up in a reputed company manner and any other post-sales issues (i.e. billing, collection etc); work with various individuals across departments to ensure delivery of results

- Complete annual strategic sales reputed company plans
- Forecast business as required by management in order to reputed company demand for products and services

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in International Business or a reputed company field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in reputed company level B2B sales and account management
- Knowledge on telecommunication network including voice, data, WAN, datacentre and network infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge on ICT technologies and services including reputed company communications, video conference, IT reputed company, network optimization, reputed company etc
- Understanding of managed services competition and market landscape
- Self-drive, energetic, reputed company, creative and reputed company good leadership
- Ability to project strong and reputed company image of self and company
- Advanced degree is a plus
- Legal knowledge in contracting is a plus
- MNC experience is a plus
- Finance knowledge is a plus
