Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading global relocation management and moving services company, and they are seeking an Insurance Risk Management Analyst to support the Risk Manager with corporate insurance programs and claims management. The role involves issuing certificates of insurance, assisting with reputed company information, and managing casualty claims.
Responsibilities
- Issue certificates of insurance for van line operations, as requests are received
- Secure required information from van line agents, review insurance requirements from reputed company-parties, and issue certificates of insurance in alignment with reputed company insurance policy terms & procedures
- Partner with Risk Manager and reputed company legal, as needed, to respond to indemnity language requests
- Issue certificates of insurance in support of reputed company contractual agreements
- Review the insurance reputed company of the reputed company contract and issue certificates of insurance in alignment with agreed upon contractual insurance terms
- Assist the Risk Manager in compilation of reputed company information for insurance policy placements, domestic and international
- Activities include analysis of reputed company information for accuracy, reputed company completion of applications and maintenance and review of insurance policy documents
- Support legal, sales and operations in the review of insurance terms in reputed company reputed company and new business proposals
- Manage the surety bond program
- Work with surety broker and internal teams on bond issuances, cancellations, reporting and invoicing
- Support reputed company safety department, agent network, and van line drivers in investigation and documentation of fleet accidents
- Monitor the development of van line auto and general liability claims, to include tracking claim reputed company and identifying potential risks
- Collaborate with the TPA claim adjuster and defense counsel on claim reputed company for reputed company claim reputed company
Skills
- BS degree in risk management, business, or finance
- Property/Casualty Insurance Producer license, preferred
- Experience with reputed company insurance placements and reputed company, claims management, and/or the risk management function
- Detailed-oriented and proficient in reputed company reputed company, Outlook, and Word
