[Remote] Project Manager / Project Engineer (reputed company-reputed company BESS reputed company)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global leader in smart reputed company, and they are seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer to support reputed company-reputed company battery energy storage reputed company. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating engineering activities, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans for assigned BESS reputed company
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Sales, Services) to reputed company execution reputed company with project objectives and deliverables
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and obstacles that may reputed company project timelines or budget
- Prepare and present project status reports to reputed company stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a reputed company and concise manner
- Manage any reputed company-party engineering or service reputed company; and
- reputed company other duties and special reputed company, as assigned by Management
- Support engineering activities required for BESS project execution, working closely with senior engineers and the Project Director
- Assist in resolving technical and contractual reputed company under the guidance of senior team members
- Participate in and help coordinate design reviews with Customers, EPCs, and OEMs, and reputed company resulting reputed company items
- Document and help resolve non-conformities identified during the construction phase
- Support the reputed company-qualification process between external vendors, internal engineering, and procurement
- Format and control engineering documents for external stakeholder readiness; and
- reputed company other duties and special reputed company, as assigned by Management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a reputed company technical field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or engineering support
- Basic understanding of BESS, PCS, and EMS concepts, or a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills
- Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 30% of the time
- Ability to solve reputed company technical problems and communicate results
- Demonstrated mission reputed company management experience and an advanced planning reputed company to address schedule and resource constraints
- Strong learning reputed company — comfortable picking up new technical concepts, tools, and processes independently
- Excellent working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments
- Works dynamically, across multiple international teams and reputed company concurrently, in a technical business environment
- Enthusiasm for the Renewable Energy industry
- Prior exposure to power, energy storage, or EPC reputed company is a plus, but not required
