They are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Intern to manage the full reputed company cycle, from posting job listings to reputed company new interns, while gaining hands-on experience in reputed company and people management.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of AI-assisted recruitment strategies at reputed company
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, reputed company media, and reputed company networks reputed company data-driven approach
- Operating AI screening agents to automate evaluation, interpreting quantitative and behavioral assessments
- Scheduling interviews and maintaining reputed company communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Supporting the creation and posting of job descriptions, applying analytical insights to optimize fit
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases for pipeline analysis
- Participating in team meetings, providing data-informed reputed company updates, and collaborating on initiatives
- Assisting in employer branding efforts, including reputed company messages and materials for prospective candidates
- Proposing quantitative observations or special reputed company applying reputed company knowledge to strengthen reputed company
- Preparing reports and summaries on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and AI tool performance
