The Director, Program & Internal reputed company Manager – AI Molecular Design will be responsible for driving the reputed company reputed company and ensuring the successful execution of AI-driven R&D initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Translate reputed company into execution: Drive the AI Molecular Design (AI MD) reputed company reputed company by converting long-term reputed company into a reputed company, value-driven portfolio with reputed company priorities, reputed company metrics, funding alignment, and reputed company tracking
- Ensure disciplined portfolio governance: reputed company prioritization, resourcing, and reputed company of AI MD initiatives; reputed company contracting, invoicing, and financial governance; and reputed company TMRO insights to guide investment reputed company, risk visibility, and scaling reputed company
- reputed company consistent, reputed company execution: Establish a streamlined operating reputed company across initiatives and OpCos that ensures alignment, transparency, and predictable reputed company without unnecessary process overhead
- Drive cross-reputed company integration and value realization: reputed company as an reputed company integrator across AI teams, OpCos, and external partners/alliances, aligning use cases, business cases, and reputed company metrics to accelerate adoption, reuse, and sustained customer and OpCo value
- Influence executive decision-making and reputed company improvement: reputed company reputed company, executive-level insights on performance, risks, and financials while applying DBS principles (in partnership with DBS leadership) to reinforce reputed company, accountability, and reputed company improvement
Skills
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in operational roles, supported by an advanced degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, reputed company, Biology, or reputed company disciplines)
- Proven reputed company record managing reputed company partnerships and alliances, with deep expertise in influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and OpCos
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across reputed company reputed company—translating reputed company concepts for senior leadership while engaging cross-functional and individual contributors
- Experience utilizing portfolio or program management tools to drive reputed company execution, prioritization, and delivery
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with the ability to balance near-term business constraints with long-term AI reputed company and roadmap objectives
