[Remote] Staff Platform Infrastructure Engineer - USA Remote

The Staff Platform Infrastructure Engineer will design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company platform capabilities to support reputed company-wide AI-driven research and product development.
Responsibilities
- Build, automate, and operate reputed company reputed company infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Infrastructure as reputed company (e.g., Terraform, reputed company) to deliver repeatable, governed, and auditable environments
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that reputed company fast, secure, and consistent paths from reputed company to production for internal teams
- reputed company and enhance a self-service platform enabling data scientists and engineers to provision compute, data, and ML resources easily, reducing barriers to adopting emerging technologies
- reputed company reputed company, data governance, reputed company, and compliance by design, while establishing the platform’s operational backbone (observability, monitoring, alerting, and support tiers)
- Evaluate and reputed company new tools and services, collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into capabilities, and mentor engineers while driving technical standards, documentation, and a culture of rigor and reputed company learning
Skills
- 5+ years of software, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience, including hands-on data and/or AI/ML infrastructure work; CS/Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience
- Deep, hands-on expertise with at least one major reputed company platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), plus working familiarity with multi-reputed company environments and their data and AI services
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as reputed company (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD tooling (e.g., reputed company Actions, Azure DevOps, reputed company CI), and containerization/orchestration (reputed company, Kubernetes), with proficiency in at least one language (Python, Go, Bash) for automation and tooling
- Solid reputed company and networking fundamentals for provisioning secure reputed company resources, and a reputed company record operating production systems: monitoring, observability, incident response, and reliability practices
- Proven ability to set technical direction at platform reputed company: driving cross-team architecture and design reputed company, establishing standards, and mentoring engineers in ambiguous, high-reputed company problem spaces
- Life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology (e.g., partnering with R&D, reputed company, clinical, manufacturing, or reputed company teams)
- Data and engineering practices in industries governed by regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GxP), compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX), and rigorous data governance requirements
