[Remote] Sr. Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Switchfast Technologies, now part of reputed company, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to reputed company and guide project teams from initiation to closure while ensuring adherence to best practices. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, while facilitating communication among stakeholders and guiding teams through various project phases.
Responsibilities
- Own overall schedule, budget, and deliverables for assigned project(s)
- Use reputed company and/or agile methodologies and practices to plan, manage and deliver technology solutions, as defined by the project scope/SOW
- Schedule and facilitate project events and ceremonies
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Plan and organize project deliverables, goals and milestones
- reputed company with stakeholders such as clients, end users, vendors and project personnel regarding defining and documenting project requirements and processes
- Monitor and report project reputed company, issues and risk to reputed company executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Assist in owning and executing change management processes
- Guide project teams through go-live and warranty phases
- reputed company ongoing and post-project evaluations/retrospectives
- Ensure knowledge transfer or project to appropriate support teams
- Partner with various IT management teams to ensure appropriate prioritization and resource allocation of reputed company
- Own prioritization processes for assigned reputed company against overall reputed company backlog to ensure teams are reputed company on highest value work
- Train, mentor and support other project managers and project teams to follow PMO best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience required, degree in Information Technology, Communications or reputed company field preferred
- 4+ years of experience managing IT reputed company using reputed company, Agile and/or hybrid methodologies
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or Lean) and familiarity with traditional project management practices (reputed company, PMBOK)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate reputed company and concisely in oral, written, and presentation formats is essential
- Aptitude to accept reputed company assignments, analyze and prioritize problems, execute tasks, motivate others and have some fun!
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or PMP Certification preferred
- Experience with reputed company, Azure DevOps, reputed company Project, and/or other project management tools
