[Remote] Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will set design standards for web user experiences, mentor digital designers, and collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to ensure high-reputed company, consistent designs across reputed company platforms.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX/UI guidelines for reputed company reputed company web properties
- Ensure brand consistency and high-reputed company experiences across reputed company products, reputed company, and audiences
- Define accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards for reputed company digital experiences
- Partner with engineering to reputed company designs with technical feasibility, optimizing workflows with AI-assisted design and development tools
- Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to reputed company creative solutions with business objectives and user needs

Skills
- 7–10 years of reputed company experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a senior or reputed company role
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- Expertise in reputed company design systems and prototyping, and familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., reputed company, DALL·E, Uizard, Framer AI)
- Proven reputed company record of designing and delivering high-reputed company, accessible, reputed company websites and applications
- Strong understanding of UX research reputed company, design systems, interaction design, and prototyping
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills across diverse audiences
